Vacuum Casting is a widely used process in rapid prototyping, typically used for building 10 to 60 pieces of functional prototypes out of broad range of polyurethanes and other polymers.
HONGWEI owns 3 sets of vacuum casting machines, which can make prototypes with the max dimension up to 2700mm*1500mm*1000mm. The main products of the complex mode：board silicone mold，vacuum casting，resin craft, vacuum mode，small batch production of the complex mode, PP complex mode, silica gel complex mode, PU vacuum complex mode, flexible glue complex mode, ABS complex mode, transparent material complex mode, POM complex mode, etc.
We can accurately reproduce the prototypes with original color, over-mold, texture and geometries from the master model and components. These plastic castings will closely represent the mechanical properties of the intended production parts from a steel mold.
The typical lead time is 5 working days for 12 parts.
Vacuum Casting Material Including:
Transparent PU, Soft plastic PU, ABS PU, PP/PE PU, Polycarbonate PU. We purchase PU material from Hei-Cast company, Axson and BJB company.
